Attribute Based Group Signature with Revocation
نویسنده
چکیده
In real life, one requires signatures to be from people who fulfill certain criteria, implying that they should possess specific attributes. For example, Alice might want a signature from an employee in Bobs company who is a member in the IT staff, a senior manager within the biometrics team or at least a junior manager in the cryptography team. In such a case an Attribute Based Group Signature scheme (ABGS) could be applied. Group signature schemes are those where each member of a group can sign on behalf of the others. An ABGS scheme is a type of group signature scheme, where the signing member has to have certain attributes. In [12], the authors introduced the first ABGS but it lacked the ability to revoke. In this paper, we introduce a new scheme that will enable us to remove a member from a group or remove some of his attributes, when needed.

DoS-Resistant Attribute-Based Encryption in Mobile Cloud Computing with Revocation
Security and privacy are very important challenges for outsourced private data over cloud storages. By taking Attribute-Based Encryption (ABE) for Access Control (AC) purpose we use fine-grained AC over cloud storage. In this paper, we extend previous Ciphertext Policy ABE (CP-ABE) schemes especially for mobile and resource-constrained devices in a cloud computing environment in two aspects, a ...
متن کاملAn Identity-Based Group Signature with Membership Revocation in the Standard Model
Group signatures allow group members to sign an arbitrary number of messages on behalf of the group without revealing their identity. Under certain circumstances the group manager holding a tracing key can reveal the identity of the signer from the signature. Practical group signature schemes should support membership revocation where the revoked member loses the capability to sign a message on...
متن کاملA New Revocation Method for Standard Model Group Signature
Membership revocation is practically necessary for group signature schemes. At present, most revocable group signature schemes are based on ROM model and many standard model group signature schemes do not support revocation. We present a novel and general revocation method for standard model group signature scheme based on length-reducing commitment and GrothSahai proof system, and demonstrate ...
متن کاملQuasi-Efficient Revocation of Group Signatures
Several interesting group signature schemes have been proposed todate. However, in order for the entire group signature concept to become practical and credible, the problem of secure and efficient group member revocation must be addressed. In this paper, we construct a new revocation method for group signatures based on the signature scheme by Ateniese et al. [ACJT]. This new method represents...
متن کاملAccumulators from Bilinear Pairings and Applications to ID-based Ring Signatures and Group Membership Revocation
We propose a dynamic accumulator scheme from bilinear pairings, whose security is based on the Strong Diffie-Hellman assumption. We show applications of this accumulator in constructing an identitybased (ID-based) ring signature scheme with constant-size signatures and its interactive counterpart, and providing membership revocation to group signature, traceable signature and identity escrow sc...
متن کاملA Lattice-Based Group Signature Scheme with Verifier-Local Revocation
Support of membership revocation is a desirable functionality for any group signature scheme. Among the known revocation approaches, verifier-local revocation (VLR) seems to be the most flexible one, because it only requires the verifiers to possess some up-to-date revocation information, but not the signers. All of the contemporary VLR group signatures operate in the bilinear map setting, and ...
